Issued to foreigners with specialized knowledge or skills. Eligible occupations defined by the Ministry of Justice based on Korean Standard Classification of Occupations.

• Job offer from Korean company in eligible occupation
• Degree (bachelor's+) or equivalent experience
• Employer must show position cannot be filled by a Korean
• Company must meet financial/operational standards
